Each system is designed and constructed in accordance with specific customer requirements, custom-made designs included, and comes with a guarantee of production skill and speed, competitive prices, and follow-up support after installation. The materials used are polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, PVDF, PVC-coated iron and stainless steel.

The construction process for electroplating systems includes 3-D design and dimensional analysis verified using dedicated software in line with European reference standards.

Our qualified welders hold TŰV SŰD certification for their area of expertise.

Fume extraction and scrubbing towers

We design and construct special-purpose extraction lines to meet all requirements, with extraction towers and scrubbers produced on the basis of the characteristics of the electroplating system and in compliance with emission parameters stipulated in existing legislation.

Extraction is guaranteed using a single tank or complex lines with the integration of brackets and special dampers.

The materials used are PP or PE in accordance with DVS 2205 standards. The benefits of these products include full customisation and a good quality/price ratio. We also provide fans, manifolds, flue stacks, brackets, and access ladders for collecting and analysing fumes.

Extraction hoods

We construct customised extraction hoods adapted to the type and size of tank to be treated, ranging from small hoods for manual systems through to hoods that extend over lengths varying from 6 to 8 metres.

Processing tanks

We construct treatment tanks in PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, stainless steel and Fe360. Each tank can be customised and set up according to the type of electroplating treatment used.

We produce internal coatings in semi-rigid PVC or PVDF and stainless steel containment cages with external varnish to protect against corrosion.

We also provide accessories including gauges, control levels, pipes and valves, blowers, recirculation units, electric heaters, heating/cooling coils and automatic lids.

Electroplated equipment

Along with electroplating systems we also provide accessories that can be customised, such as mounts for cathode and anode bars, filter pumps, vertical pumps, pneumatic membrane pumps, current rectifiers, heating coils in stainless steel and titanium, electric heaters, temperature and level gauges, extractors.

Plastic coatings

We produce containment sections which prevent the spread of substances into the environment, protecting against accidental leakage of chemical products and hazardous solutions.

We specialise in the production of semi-rigid PVC containment basins of various sizes and tanks in cement or Fe360.

Tanks in Fe360 can be equipped with an auxiliary tank in polypropylene or PVDF as an additional safeguard.

We make complete lines of rigid and flexible manifolds to complete electroplating systems, and can service and modify existing hydraulic systems.
